It’s important to us to know all our members personally, and to ensure we are supporting you in the best possible way to reach your goals. So the first step, is for you to book a No Sweat Intro Meeting - to tell us a bit about yourself, your goals and your training history, and we can figure out together is CrossFit is right for you, and how best to get you started.
What is CrossFit?
The definition of CrossFit is - constantly varied functional movements, performed at high intensity.
In practice this means we deliver a broad strength and conditioning program, designed to create positive adaptation across the 10 areas of fitness - cardio vascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy.
CrossFit is for everyone, no matter what age, fitness level, ability or previous training history.
What can you expect when you join?
To be assigned an experienced coach to take you through a series of 1-1 sessions, designed to teach you the foundational movements of CrossFit, the progressions and scales appropriate to your experience, and guide you through your first month of classes. You will learn at your pace, with all 1-1 sessions tailored to your ability.
