Memberships

We have two Class memberships.
It’s really simple…

CrossFit Core
£95 pm

Our CrossFit Core membership gives you unlimited access to CrossFit Classes & Sunday Sweat - this means you can join up to 7 x Classes per week, although for most people 3-5 Classes per week is more than enough. The goal is to get you fitter & healthier, and ready for anything life throws at you.

CrossFit Flex
£104 bi-monthly

Our CrossFit Flex Membership gives you access to 10 CrossFit or Sunday Sweat Classes every two months. If you are someone with an unpredictable schedule, and can’t get to the gym consistently, this is the membership for you. It’s only £104 bi-monthly.

1-1 PERSONAL TRAINING

You can add 1-1 Personal Training to any membership. It gives you dedicated time to focus on the higher skilled movements progress faster towards your goals.

Why invest in personal training?

  1. Personalised attention - With a Personal Trainer, the focus is 100% on you. This 1-on-1 attention ensures no time is wasted, helping you maximise your time in the gym.

  2. Set Goals - Whether or not you have goals already, your Personal Trainer can help you make them concrete and achievable. Our coaches will lay out a plan to meet your targets with the time you have available.

  3. A flexible schedule - Train on your own time with the Personal Trainer of your choosing. Our coaches work around your schedule, not the other way around.

You choose the frequency - either Weekly / Fortnightly / Every 4 weeks.

1-1 Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching

Nutrition is a fundamental part of health and to you reaching your goals, be those health, body composition or performance.

When you come for your No Sweat Intro Meeting, we can find the right level of support for you.

Visiting from another box?

We welcome anyone visiting the area, with experience of CrossFit to come train. You can drop in for one class or one week.

If you drop in and decide to join - we will deduct the price of your drop in from your first months membership. No stress.

Got Pain when you move, Or Think you have A weakness or imbalance?

We have the wonderful Lucy Sutton, Physiotherapist, ready to work with you to moving pain free again.

Jigsaw Physiotherapy (Lucy's ) services are as follows: 

  • Initial Assessment - 60 minutes (£60)
    This is 50 minutes face to face contact time, with 10 minutes of record keeping built into the appointment, and includes an initial discussion and physical assessment of the injury, plus passive treatments such as massage and exercise/ training advice.  

  • Follow up appointments - 45 minutes (£45)
    This is 35 minutes face to face contact time, with 10 minutes of record keeping built into the appointment time, and includes discussion of how your rehab exercises are going, reassessment of the injury, further passive treatment and or exercise as indicated. 

  • Sports Massage - 30 Minutes (£30)
    Included in the appointment is a massage session of approx 25 minutes, with 5 minutes record keeping. During the session we'd focus on up to 3 areas of injury (i.e. back, neck and shoulders).
